The Noob Experiment: Battlefront Wars Update Guide

The Noob Experiment Battlefront wars update

The battlefield in The Noob Experiment: Battlefront has been completely transformed by the new Wars Update. This massive content drop introduces a whole roster of new characters, from small skirmishers to new titans, all tied to the lore of the Noob Experiment series.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about the two new character families, the Bloxers and the John Does, explaining their abilities, unlock requirements, and how to master them in battle.

Finding and Using the New Morphs

Where to find the new morphs in Wars Update

All the new standard morphs can be found in a new tab within the shop tab. While some are available for direct purchase, others, especially the titans, have special requirements you must meet before they become available.

Starter and Mid-Tier Morphs

It’s best to begin with the smaller, more manageable morphs to understand the new mechanics before investing in the larger, more complex units.

The Bloxer Family

This group focuses on direct combat and area control.

  • Blocker (Small): The entry point to the Bloxer line. This small morph uses basic punch and kick attacks. As you rank it up, it gains the ability to place mines using its microphone, making it a great unit for learning basic combat and trapping.
  • Large Blocker: A bigger, tougher version designed for crowd control. It trades agility for power, featuring a heavy stomp attack and the ability to deploy multiple microphone bombs at once to deny areas to the enemy.
  • Mech Blocker: This is the pinnacle of the standard Bloxer line as this heavily armored mech is built for pure destruction, equipped with a massive sword for devastating melee strikes. For ranged combat, it can fire a powerful core cannon or a sustained laser beam. It also features a jetpack for enhanced mobility and a special attack where it can throw its sword in a deadly spin.

The John Doe Family

This faction is defined by its unique TV-based abilities and versatility.

  • John Doe (Small): The basic John Doe introduces the family’s TV theme. It fights with punches and a scythe, and its special TV-arm attack gives you a first taste of the color mechanics.
  • Large John Doe: This larger version has a powerful stomp and punch, but its main feature is the customizable TV screen. You can change its color to gain different tactical advantages in a fight.
  • Mech John Doe: The most mobile and advanced of the standard John Does. It combines heavy-hitting slash and stomp attacks with a jetpack for superior positioning. Its power is amplified by the TV color system, allowing it to adapt to any threat.

Understanding the TV Color MechanicThis strategic system is central to mastering any John Doe morph. You can switch between three colors, each with a unique effect on your attacks:

  • White: Blinds enemies in a short-range cone, disorienting them and leaving them vulnerable.
  • Purple: Infects targets with a damaging status effect, draining their health over time.
  • Red: Boosts your raw damage output, making your attacks hit significantly harder.

Learning when to use a blind versus when to apply a damage-over-time effect is key to maximizing the John Does’ potential.

Summoning the Giants

The titans are the ultimate weapons in the Wars Update, but they cannot be used freely. They must be called in during the intermission period between waves.

How to Summon Titans

During the intermission, a helicopter shop becomes available. Here, you can select “Call Special Titan” and pay the required cost in dollars, which are earned by playing. Note that keys, the premium currency, cannot be used for this.

Titan John Doe: This is the most accessible of the new titans. It can be called from the intermission helicopter for a cost of $5,000 dollars. It boasts a powerful and versatile arsenal, including a gravity gun, teleportation, lasers, and massive slash attacks. Its TV attacks are locked to the red damage-dealing color, making it a formidable offensive force. It’s the perfect choice when your team has earned enough cash and needs a serious power boost for the next round.

Titan Bloxer (High Requirement): This titan is a badge of honor for skilled players. Before you can even purchase it from the intermission shop, you must first prove your mastery by completing solo runs of the Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulties. The Titan Bloxer is incredibly complex, featuring four distinct modes and forms, including a rage mode triggered by an allied Mech Bloxer’s death and a final, high-health survival state. Mastering it is like learning multiple characters at once, making it a high-skill, high-reward option.

Wars Upgrade Titan Noob (Endgame): This is the ultimate prize of the update, locked behind the most demanding challenge. To unlock it, you must complete a series of difficult solo runs in a specific order:

  1. Beat Easy mode with the new Mech.
  2. Beat Medium mode solo with the Titan Noob.
  3. Beat Hard mode solo with the Multiverse Titan Noob 2.0.

Your reward for this incredible feat is a titan that scales up the classic Noob arsenal to an epic level. It comes equipped with deadly hammer strikes, a powerful shield, a jetpack, a core cannon, a gravity gun, and heavy guns. Compared to the complex Titan Bloxer, it is a more straightforward but overwhelmingly powerful force of destruction.
