Dress to Impress x Wicked For Good Event Guide

Updated: November 9, 2025  ·  Reading time: ~4 min

The Wicked For Good update in Dress to Impress is one of those events where it’s easy to get overwhelmed the first time you walk into the dressing room. There are 36 new items, new runways, and two unlockable achievement rewards that aren’t explained clearly in-game.

I spent some time going through each part so I could see how everything works in practice, and this guide reflects what I would want to know if I were starting from scratch.

If you’re here to get the items before they expire, that’s the first priority.

1. Limited-Time Codes (24 Hours to Claim)

These two codes unlock exclusive Wicked-themed outfit sets. They are only claimable for 24 hours during the release window.

Use codes:

  • ELPHABA
  • GLINDA

Each code grants a fully animated themed outfit with flowing fabric and movement effects. If you haven’t redeemed them yet, do that first — the window is tight.

To redeem:

  1. Open Dress to Impress
  2. Click Codes
  3. Enter each code in ALL CAPS

If you log in after the claim window ends, these outfits cannot be obtained again.

2. The Wicked Wardrobe Collection (36 New Items)

Inside the dressing room, look for the Wicked section — it acts like a themed portal to Oz.

Both Glinda and Elphaba have full outfit sets, accessory lines, and special pieces tied to iconic moments in the musical and films.

Glinda’s Items (Highlights)

  • Bubble Crown
  • Bubble Wand
  • Bubble Gown (with flowing hem animation)
  • For Good Ballgown
  • Shiz University Uniform
  • Oz Dust Tulip-Inspired Ballgown (highly detailed)
  • Crystal Heels

Among Glinda’s pieces, the Oz Dust gown stands out the most visually; it has layered motion and photographs extremely well on stage runways.

Elphaba’s Items (Highlights)

  • Witch Hat
  • Classic Black Dress + Cloak
  • Wicked Part Two Outfit (ribbed sleeve detailing)
  • Shiz Uniform
  • Oz Dust Ball Outfit (purple sheer top variation)
  • The Grimmery (usable prop)
  • Flying Broom (not to be confused with unlockable broom achievement item)

3. Hairstyles, Faces & Makeup

The new hairstyles are mostly micro-braid structured, which I found helpful when trying to recreate specific character silhouettes.

The movement is subtle but intentional — it avoids the “plastic hair block” issue.

The new face set gives expressive options that don’t feel generic.
For example:

  • Elphaba’s expression is focused and sharp — helpful for dramatic styling.
  • Glinda’s face softens runway lighting without washing out color.

The makeup numbering system is the real improvement here.

When I tested building looks, I could finally say:

“Eyes 172 + Lips 031”

and recreate it exactly later.

This is going to make guides and styling tutorials far easier.

Makeup Overhaul

The makeup system now shows numbered layers for:

  • Eyes
  • Lips
  • Details

This makes tutorials and recreations repeatable, since anyone can follow the same index numbers.

4. Wicked Pose Pack (6 Animations)

There are 6 new poses. I tested them across multiple runway themes.

The one that consistently scores well is:

Elphaba Fly Pose

It makes vertical silhouette changes clear, which the judges tend to reward.

The “What Is This Feeling?” book pose is the first emote in this game that adds a prop mid-pose.

If you like building story-based runway moments, this one is very flexible.

5. New Runways & Lobby

Wicked Forest Runway

Dense green woods + visible Emerald skyline in the distance.

Works especially well with dark gowns or glowing cosmetics.

Emerald City Runway

Brightly lit golden city center with reflective floors and floral detailing.

Wicked Lobby

Interactive hub environment with:

  • Parkour path
  • Photo stage
  • Emerald City courtyard
  • Yellow Brick Road route leading out (looping back around)

Useful for group photos, cosplay meetups, and fashion showcases.

6. Special Achievement Items (Not Automatic Unlocks)

These require performance in special round modes.

Defying Gravity Round → Unlock Elphaba’s Achievement Broom

Collect 30 Magical Essence (green floating orbs) during the round.

Tips:

  • Keep character movement wide and sweeping rather than chasing single orbs.
  • Rotating camera while walking helps track airborne orb spawn angles.

Bubble Galore Round → Unlock Glinda’s Achievement Bubble

Catch 25 bubbles during the round.

Tips:

  • Jump-catch counts, so positioning under bubble clusters is more effective than chasing.
  • Start near the center — bubble spawn density is highest there.

Once the target amount is reached:
The items appear under Achievements → Wicked.

7. Recommended Progress Order (If You’re Logging In Late)

  1. Redeem codes immediately.
  2. Try Bubble Galore first — it requires less map awareness.
  3. Then do Defying Gravity — it benefits from knowing spawn movement.
  4. Explore wardrobe and styling features afterward.

This ensures you don’t miss timed unlocks.
